Luca Tonietti Astrobiology PostDoc Researcher
Dear everyone, my name is Luca Tonietti. I'm an astrobiology PostDoc researcher at the University of Naples, Parthenope. I'm affiliated scientist at the University of Naples, Federico II and the INAF-OAC (Osservatorio Astronomico di Capodimonte, Naples, Italy). I'm actually working on many different topics collaborating with the ZooPlantLab (UNIMIB), with the GiovannelliLab (UNINA), with the National Research Council (CNR-IRSA Verbania), the UK Centre for Astrobiology (University of Ediniburgh, UK), and the Planetary Habitability Laboratory (PHL - University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo).
I define myself as an eclectic scientist, driven by curiosity across multiple fields. I embrace a generalist approach, exploring diverse areas of science rather than focusing on a single specialty.
Life is everywhere, and I believe it's only a matter of time before we answer one of humanity’s oldest questions: "Are we alone in the universe?"
